THE LITTLE CASA PIRATA

Location: El Palmar ( 1 hour and 15 minutes from Panama City)

Description:  Beautiful house on the beach, comfortable and simple. Excelent beach house.

It's located on a big lot , on one side there is a main house where the owners live (they are very nice and friendly people).  On the other side is the gorgeous rental house.

There are 2 rooms with air conditioning, one room can sleep up to 4 people.  It has 1 bunk bed, the lower bed is double, the top one is a single bed, and there is another single bed located on the other side of the room.  

The other room can sleep up to 4 people. It has 2 bunk beds.  There is a private bathroom for this room.

There is a second bathroom, a comfortable and fuly equiped kitchen, and a small living room with tv and internet connection.   There is a wonderful terrace outside with the

best view can you imagine.

There is a pool in the middle of the property and can be used and is shared with the owners of the property.

Washer machine available. We provide towels and sheets.

CASA PARAISO EN RIO MAR 

 Location: Between El Palmar and Rio Mar

 Description: Beautiful house with ocean veiw, located at 5 minutes from the  beach and the town of San Carlos, daily maid service optional  it is abailable, has a big  garden, terrace, balcony, air-conditioning, internet access, satellite or cable, tv and music . This house share the property with another house located at 50 meters aprox distance, that's mean the " bohio " and " swimming pool " area could be share with other friendly people who live there.

The house has 2 bedrooms, sleeps maximum of 6 people.

Room 3 - 2 Sleep Sofa /Futon, Day Beds . Beautifully Decorated master bedroom with king size bed & patio overlooking pool and ocean. Air Conditioning and Computer with internet connection in the master suite. Second Bedroom located downstairs with 2 twins and A/C.

Modern kitchen with 6 burner stove, refrigerator with ice maker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of serving dishes, cookware, plates, glasses and silverware.
